  • What modes of payment do you accept in your branches?
    We can accept Cash, Cheque, Debit Card, and Credit Card payments in all our branches. Additional fees may apply for Debit Card and Credit card payments.
  • What is the fastest way for my beneficiary to receive the funds?
    We recommend Bank Deposit, Cash Pick-Up, or Cash Card, as we can credit your beneficiary on the same day (depending on the amount and assuming all details given are correct). Please note that big transactions amounting to 9,000 CAD and above, may be subject to enhanced due diligence to comply with BSP regulations in the Philippines.
  • How can I find out if my money transfer has been paid?
    You may track your remittance by reaching us through email (info@filremit.com.ph), Facebook (Filremit or Manila Express & Manila Cargo Express pages), or call your respective branch.
  • My recipient is unable to pick up the money I sent, what should he/she do?"
    If your recipient is experiencing problems with our pick-up anywhere service, please ask him/her to call our Manila office through the following lines so that we may assist them immediately: Mobile Number - (0917) 800-5110 / (0999) 998-7173 Landline - (02) 8812-0015 / (02) 8812-6021 Our Manila office hours are from 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. GMT+8 (Philippine Standard Time).
  • I accidentally gave a wrong remittance instruction. Can I still amend the details?
    Yes, you can. Please inform your respective branch as soon as possible so they can send an advice to our Manila office. We can hold pending transactions for 30 days. If we haven’t heard from you within 30 days, the transaction will be automatically cancelled.
  • Are there limits to the amount of money that I can send?
    Yes, minimum amount would be $50 CAD and maximum amount per day would be $1,000 CAD (including service fee) for e-Transfer transactions, and $9,500 CAD for branch transactions. For higher amounts, please call your respective branch to accommodate special requests.
  • Can I use your e-Transfer service with my assigned branch?
    Yes, you can place your e-Transfer transaction through your branch, however please note that your branch will simply forward your transaction details to our e-Transfer personnel for processing. That said, we suggest to call our e-Transfer hotline (604-736-6184) directly to avoid any discrepancies in your transaction.
  • Is your e-Transfer branch operating 24 hours a day?
    Not as of the moment, however we are operating from 9 A.M. – 7 P.M. PST.
  • Is cancellation allowed?
    Yes, cancellation is allowed as long as the recipient has not received the funds. Please give us 3-5 days to process your request. Refunds will be issued in the form of cheques and only the principal amount will be returned - service fees are excluded from the refund.
  • What countries can Manila Express send to?
    Manila Express can send money to anyone in the Philippines.
  • What currencies can Manila Express support?
    Manila Express accepts Canadian Dollar (CAD) and US Dollar (USD).
  • How can I monitor daily exchange rates?
    Simply call your respective branch or check our Exchange Rates page on this website for real-time exchange rate updates.
