We have weekly to bi-weekly sea cargo shipments from Vancouver, Canada to Manila, Philippines.
All boxes are insured and delivered by trusted logistics partners. We also have a barcoding system to ensure data accuracy and tracing efficiency.
You will get a signed proof of delivery from the recipient, often with a photo of your box and recipient. You may also message us on Facebook for further updates on your box.
Ber-months are our busiest months so, we highly suggest sending your box/es at least 10-12 weeks before December to avoid delays and the Christmas rush. We recommend sending your box/es as early as the 1st week of September, and latest by the 1st week of October, as we need to account for possible logistical delays (port congestion, late arrivals, etc.).
While we try to fulfill committed timelines, there are some factors we cannot control such as port congestion in Canada or Manila (especially during ber-months), delays in customs processing, and shipment availability in Canada and/or to the delivery address being the most common reasons.
There are some instances wherein boxes were loaded in different containers, which result in different arrival dates. Dont worry, our team will make sure that all boxes will be fulfilled and delivered safely to the recipient.
We try our best to send your boxes intact, but due to the nature of sea freight wherein boxes are loaded on top of each other with possible leakage from different boxes, please understand that boxes may arrive wet or may have minor cracks on them. Dont worry, our team continues to practice the standard of wrapping your boxes in protective materials to further secure your boxes before loading them into the container. Additionally, we suggest to pack your items very well and to avoid overpacking as well.

Please call our warehouse or your respective branch at least one day before. We do not allow cancellations 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up.

Not as of the moment. We suggest to book your pick-up appointments at least 4-5 days prior to your preferred date. For peak months of September - November, we suggest planning ahead and booking as early as 2 weeks as booking slots run out quickly.
Yes, as long as your current pick-up schedule is not on the day itself. We do not allow rescheduling 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up.
