Our Shipping Process

Purchase your first Balikbayan Box in any of our branches or warehouses.
We offer 2 types of boxes: the Jumbo Box and the Love Box (see more information below).
Both are made from double-ply corrugated carton. Succeeding boxes are FREE of charge!

Fill and pack your Balikbayan Box.
A list of prohibited items may be found here. Check out some packing reminders here.

Accomplish shipment forms.
Forms may be downloaded below. Please make sure to indicate active contact numbers of your recipient for our couriers to contact once your box is out for delivery.

Drop off your box or schedule your box pick-up.
You may drop of your box in any of our branches or warehouses, or we can pick-up boxes directly from your doorstep. Pick-up Hotlines may be found below. We also accept all competitor boxes.

Receive your tracking number and your complimentary replacement box.
Replacement boxes are given every time you send out a box and are always FREE of cost!

Inform your recipient and we do the rest!
Coordinate with your recipient on your shipment details to monitor your box. To track your box, visit our tracking page on this website or message us on Facebook for more information.

The Jumbo Box
This is our standard sea cargo box which can accommodate large shipment requirements.
Empty Box Cost: $14 CAD
The Love Box
This is our smaller sea cargo box which can accommodate smaller parcels and items.
Empty Box Cost: $9 CAD
